How can we bring forth blessing when the mind is angry? To cross a river, find the bridge across it. If you’re in a house that’s burning, you get out. So if your heart is on fire, cool it with forgiveness. One moment of non-fear stops the mind from spinning with fear – moment by moment. So we practice balancing the mind and directing it to what is wholesome, healing, and conducive to peace.
