Sunday Afternoons

You are welcome to join us for Sunday afternoon meditations.  In practising mindfulness and inner peace, we dedicate our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for their peace of heart and well-being.

December 2018 Sunday Meditation programs will be held weekly, from 1:30 – 3:30 pm including a 45-minute silent meditation and a Dhamma talk.

   PLEASE NOTE: Cancelled Dec. 2nd due to freezing rain!
