We welcome you to join us for Sunday afternoon meditations. In practising mindfulness and inner peace, we dedicate our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for their peace of heart and well-being.
Our first Sunday program of 2018, April 1 from 1-3 pm, will include a meditation and a Dhamma talk on “Ending Hibernation”.

For the year 2018, our Spring-Summer Sunday Meditation programs will be held weekly except April 15 cancelled due to extreme weather; Apr 22, June 3 & June 10.
