You are welcome to join us for Sunday afternoon meditations in the Dhamma Hall at Sati Saraniya Hermitage. This is an opportunity to practise mindfulness of breathing and cultivate inner peace. We dedicate our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for peace, well-being and greater happiness.
The Sunday Meditation program includes traditional chanting, a period of silent meditation and a Dhamma teaching from 1:30-3:30 pm.
There will be no Sunday afternoon programs from January 4 to March 31 while the community is on silent retreat. Programs will beginn on April 5.
Please note: There are no programs on these dates in 2020: May 17, May 24, Aug 16, Sep 27 & Nov 22
