You are welcome to join us for Sunday afternoon meditations in the meditation hall at Sati Saraniya Hermitage. In practising mindfulness and inner peace, we dedicate our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for their peace of heart and well-being.
The Sunday Meditation program is our traditional chanting, a meditation and and a Dhamma teaching from 1:30-3:30 pm. (Please note: there will be no program on Jun 16, Aug 11 and Nov 24)
