Sunday Afternoons

On Sunday afternoons, we gather for a meditation and Dhamma talk in the Meditation Hall at Sati Saraniya Hermitage. It is a joy to practise mindfulness of breathing and cultivate inner peace together,  dedicating our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for greater peace, well-being and happiness.

The Sunday Meditation program includes traditional chanting, a period of silent meditation and a Dhamma teaching, from 1.30 to 3pm. ***Please note: there will be no program on Sunday November 3rd
