On Sunday afternoons, we gather for a meditation and Dhamma talk in the Meditation Hall at Sati Saraniya Hermitage. This is an opportunity to practise mindfulness of breathing and cultivate inner peace. We dedicate our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for peace, well-being and greater happiness.
The Sunday Meditation program includes traditional chanting, a period of silent meditation and a Dhamma teaching from 1:30-3:30 pm.
When meetings resume, we will schedule a program every Sunday except Aug 16, Sep 27, Nov 22 & Dec. 13th
