The Buddha exhorts us to look within ourselves to find the source of our suffering. A sure method to do this is by training our minds to quieten and be still. From this ungrasping calm, we can see the origin of our suffering and also of our joy. We bring peace to our hearts. So simple – and not so easy – but definitely doable. So we begin now.
