Sunday Afternoons

On Sunday afternoons from the first Sunday on April to the first Sunday in January, we gather for a meditation and Dhamma talk in the Meditation Hall at Sati Saraniya Hermitage. It is a joy to practise mindfulness of breathing and cultivate inner peace together, dedicating our practice to loved ones and to all beings everywhere for greater peace, well-being and happiness.

The Sunday Meditation program is in-person and online until January 5th 2025. It includes traditional chanting, a period of silent meditation and a Dhamma teaching, from 1pm to 2.45 pm (please note: this earlier  start time applies from December 1st 2024 to January 5th 2025).
