Many Waves, One Ocean – Guided Meditation

To know peace, we start where we are. Listen to the interior silence where each breath arises and disappears, ever changing. Present moment awareness reveals treasured wisdom here in the heart itself. Just as the waves of the sea come ashore, we land – mindful, content, and sheltered in every moment. Breathing gently, attentively aware, abide in the conscious loving space behind thoughts. Be happy, remembering to pause often during the day’s activities. Just stop in the silence within – truly listen and ponder. Am I a wave? Or am I the infinite, boundless ocean of awareness? Ottawa Buddhist Society, April 4, 2025
