During the Easter holiday weekend, from Thurday evening, April 5 until Monday, April 9th, 2012, Ayya Medhanandi will be teaching a 5-day retreat at Maison Bruyere 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa, 56 rue de Couvent, Gatineau, Quebec.
The retreat is sponsored by the Ottawa Buddhhist Society and will focus on samatha and vipassana meditation in the traditional Theravadan style of sitting and walking meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
